I am Elisabeth Richard

Founder of ERBD Consulting

For over 20 years, I have supported companies in Business Development, marketing and communication, guided by one strong belief: every business has its own growth potential when supported in the right way.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with SMEs, start-ups, innovative companies, laboratories, CROs, CDMOs and Life Sciences organisations, both in France and internationally. This diversity of experience has shaped an approach that combines strategic thinking, hands-on support and a strong human dimension.

I created ERBD Consulting to provide comprehensive and flexible support addressing the challenges many businesses face: growing their business, increasing their visibility, showcasing their expertise and creating new opportunities.

Beyond providing advice, I work alongside my clients as a true business partner. I take the time to understand their environment, ambitions and challenges in order to develop practical solutions tailored to their specific needs and objectives.

I founded ERBD Consulting with a simple belief: the most rewarding professional relationships are, above all, human relationships.

What I enjoy most is meeting and working with teams in France and internationally, gaining a deep understanding of their challenges and building practical, tailored solutions together.

I love connecting people, bringing creative ideas to life and turning complexity into clarity, always with a positive mindset, genuine care and a willingness to listen.

Dance and running also play an important role in my life. They teach me the value of rhythm, discipline and balance, qualities that naturally influence the way I work. They help me maintain the energy, curiosity and positive outlook I bring to every collaboration.
