Elisabeth Richard, Founder of ERBD Consulting.
In 2019, I decided to work in a freelance/consulting mode and put my experience in business development/marketing to support any company around biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry.
My missions
My consulting experience naturally led me to collaborate in two ways:
- An operational support:
At the heart of your sales force and providing my support in areas relevant to your company with regards to your human resources at any given moment.
- On a training/coaching mode:
Over half a day (4 hours), I share my tips during a personalized training, adapted to your core business and especially to your targets. You get concrete tools that you can directly apply. And if necessary, I can support you in implementing these tools in a coaching mode.
The training is personalised, dynamic and original, and includes ice-breakers and energizers!
